How It Works

  • Heat the bottom - wax expands, becomes less dense, and rises
  • Cool the top - wax contracts, becomes denser, and sinks
  • Balance heat and cooling to create a steady convection cycle
  • A "bloop" is when a blob rises or falls through the middle zone
  • Match the target frequency to score points
  • Adjust wax properties to fine-tune the motion
  • Higher viscosity = slower, smoother blobs
  • Higher surface tension = larger, rounder blobs
