Grip objects by positioning hand near target and pressing grip key
Extract splinters by gripping and pulling upward carefully
Stitch wounds by threading through the marked points
Avoid shaky movements - rapid swinging damages the patient
Shorter strings give less pendulum sway but less reach
Higher stiffness gives more direct control but less forgiveness
